IT IN VT LTD. CO. Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®

This document outlines the policies of IT IN VT LTD. CO. regarding the fulfillment of orders and payments made by credit card through the payment processor, Stripe.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you, the individual accessing this website and agreeing to the Company’s terms and conditions, whether through this platform or a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refer to both the Client and ourselves. All terms pertain to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most suitable manner, for the explicit purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of the State of Vermont. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Fulfillment Policy

At IT IN VT LTD. CO., we are committed to ensuring that our services meet your expectations. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and we take all complaints about the services we provide very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) provides information about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and the requirements for a refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

Delivery Policy

At IT IN VT LTD. CO., we offer technology-related consulting and services. We deliver our services to clients remotely and in person, in accordance with our clients’ requests.

Refunds

We may provide refunds under the following circumstances: • If the service has not been rendered at all during the term of our agreement.

Exceptions

Despite other provisions of this Policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if: • You received the service as ordered, but subsequently changed your mind. • You were informed or made aware of issues with the service prior to purchase. • You did not find the purchase to your liking or realized it was not useful to you. • You received the service/product and failed to report any issues within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Return Policy

At IT IN VT LTD. CO., we provide technology-related consulting and services. While returns are not accepted, we do offer refunds under certain circumstances, as explained above.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once a contract with IT IN VT LTD. CO. has been signed, cancellations are not permitted.

Project Abandonment

If, despite repeated attempts by IT IN VT LTD. CO. to initiate, continue, or finalize the delivery of the Services, the Client fails to participate or becomes unresponsive to IT IN VT LTD. CO.’s requests for a period of ten (10) days, the project may be deemed abandoned at the discretion of IT IN VT LTD. CO. In such cases, IT IN VT LTD. CO. may reduce any refund for the Services to the Client to zero, and the Client hereby agrees to such forfeiture of any amounts of the Fees that have been paid by the Client for the Services as purchased or as described in the original Work Order, where applicable.

Administrative Fee

Please note that all refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

Complaint Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to [email protected] detailing your complaints. We will promptly investigate your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be accepted or rejected.
